Founder's Day Vendor Registration

****Food Vendor Notice: We have reached capacity for vendors preparing or serving ready-to-order food on-site (including food trucks, trailers, grills, fryers, and similar setups). Applications for these vendor types are no longer being accepted for Founder’s Day 2026. We are still accepting vendors selling pre-packaged, non-perishable food items made in a home kitchen (such as baked goods, candies, and similar items), as well as non-food vendors. Vendor Offerings Notice: To help create a great experience for vendors and attendees, we work to maintain a good variety of offerings at Founder’s Day. Because of this, the number of vendors offering the same or similar items may be limited. In some cases, vendors may be asked to adjust or remove certain items if another vendor has already been approved to offer them.

I agree to release and hold harmless the management, Locust Grove Area Chamber of Commerce and the Town of Locust Grove or any of its members or agents, and/or the owners or managers of the grounds or location where this event is held from any loss, damage or injury resulting from participation of this entry in this event. Event Policy Acknowledgment(Required)

This event is a rain or shine outdoor event with no shade provided. Please plan accordingly for weather conditions. Refund Policy: Refunds will not be provided due to inclement weather or if a vendor is unable to attend for any reason. To help maintain a good variety of vendors at the event, vendors must list the items they plan to sell in their application. Vendors may only sell items that have been listed and approved. The Chamber reserves the right to ask vendors to remove or discontinue items that were not included in their application or approved prior to the event. The Locust Grove Area Chamber reserves the right to deny a vendor's participation. If a vendor is denied, the Chamber will reach out directly and a refund will be issued in that instance. By participating, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
