Will you need electricity? Please note that electricity is limited and will be provided in the order registration is received.(Required)
*Electricity cannot be provided for Food Trucks*
If making multiple selections or more than one of the same selection is needed, another registration must be submitted.(Required)
Example: If two 10x10 Vendor spots are requested, you must submit two separate registration forms.

(The Chamber can not guarantee the requested spot but we will try to accommodate your request)

I agree to release and hold harmless the management, Locust Grove Area Chamber of Commerce and the Town of Locust Grove or any of its members or agents, and/or the owners or managers of the grounds or location where this event is held from any loss, damage or injury resulting from participation of this entry in this event. By checking YES on this application I am confirming my understanding of the rules and liabilities.
Event Policy Acknowledgment(Required)
This event is a rain or shine outdoor event with no shade provided. Please plan accordingly for weather conditions. Refund Policy: Refunds will not be provided due to inclement weather or if a vendor is unable to attend for any reason. The LG Area Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to deny a vendor's participation. If a vendor is denied, the Chamber will reach out directly, and a refund will be issued in that instance. By participating, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
